I am a recent graduate of the Royal College of Art and based in London, UK. My work focusses on interventions into systems, relationships and processes with the intention to cultivate a critical approach towards our relationship with what surrounds us, blurring the line between creative disciplines.
Hallo, I am @paradiseeditions on this weeks @copier.coller.club virtual residency. This is image 1/3 and shows a piece that will be on show at @107rivoli_store during Paris Design Week and beyond, Sep 2 -Oct 26. The exhibition is curated by @collectiblefair and feature @wangsoderstrom , @jamesmshaw @studiofurthermore etc.
2/3 – BTM Ceramics get deformed on a body vibration plate right after demoulding. The plate, with its origin in the fitness industry, is a hijacked tool to explore new ideas and processes. My work aims to question traditional methods in a post-internet era. It interferes by misapplying materials with findings from online-shops or DIY stores, and contributes to the debate of rethinking old links that we begin to perceive as natural - a powerful tool to create new experiences without new resources. The project was developed during the final year of my Masters Degree in Design Products at the Royal College of Art in London.
3/3 – I will also show some new pieces in Berlin during @berlinartweek, as part of an exhibiton called “House of Crafts” organised by @ad_germany @paradiseeditions
